Marc Levy

Mr. Levy is the founder and former CEO & Chairman of Norsemont Mining Inc. (TSX: NOM), which he grew from a market capitalization of $1 million to over $100 million in less than 2 years. In the past 4 years, he has directly raised over $50 million in the resource and technology sectors. His dynamic personality, excellent communication skills and vision have contributed to his strong track record of success. He brings over 18 years of management and leadership experience in both private and public company businesses.

Prior to his tenure with Norsemont, he held senior management positions with other private and public companies. He was Director of Sales for IP Applications Corp. where he was responsible for increasing sales by over 500%. He was Director of Sales at Look Communications (previously ID Internet Direct) which grew from a market capitalization of $20 million to $1.5 billion. He is currently a Director of Lornex Capital Inc., Remstar Resources Ltd., Prescient Mining Corp., Sparrow Ventures Corp. and Rio Silver Exploration and an advisor to Emergeo Solutions Worldwide Inc..

 
Michael G. Thomson

Michael has over twenty five years of experience in the securities industry, as an entrepreneur, investment banker, regulator (VSE) and lawyer. Mr. Thomson founded Metropolitan in July of 2007 and was instrumental in raising seed capital for the venture, negotiating Metropolitan's option agreement with Argentine Frontier Resources Inc. ("AFRI") and Salta Exploraciones S.A. ("SESA"), and organizing and managing Metropolitan's IPO. In 2005, Mr. Thomson was the promoter and founder of Bonita Capital Corporation, a TSX.V listed company prior to the acquisition of a control position by Bolnisi Gold NL (an Australian public company) to form Palmarejo Silver and Gold Corporation. Palmarejo, in turn, was acquired by Coeur d'Alene Mines in an acquisition originally valued at approximately $1 Billion. Mr. Thomson has been a director or officer of various TSX.V listed companies over the past twelve years. Mr. Thomson is currently a director of Penfold Capital Acquisition Corporation and was responsible for negotiating a proposed Qualifying Transaction pursuant to which Penfold entered into a Business Combination Agreement dated July 22, 2008 with, amongst other persons, PBS Coals Corporation. PBS Coals is a private British Columbia corporation which owns approximately 85% of the equity of the PBS Coals Group of Companies, a privately held group of companies engaged in the mining, processing and sale of primarily metallurgical coal from their properties in West-Central Pennsylvania. The PBS Group has six surface and six underground mines in operation. Mike was also the founder of two other CPCs, Rodeo Capital Corp. and Rodeo Capital II Corp., where he was instrumental in sourcing, negotiating and closing major qualifying mining transactions now listed on the TSXV as Avala Resources Ltd. and Shona Energy Company, Inc..

 
Douglas F. Good

Mr. Good has an extensive background in providing strategic planning, corporate restructuring, finance and senior management services to a range of companies in the start up and early development stages. He is currently President and CEO of ComWest Enterprise Corp, a dividend paying TSXV listed company. He was a co-founder of HealthCare Capital Corp. which became Sonus Corp., currently one of the largest hearing care providers in North America. Mr. Good was a director and executive Chairman of Redhawk Resources Inc. (TSX.V: RDK) from November, 2007 to October, 2008; a director of Remac Zinc Corp., from February, 2008 to October, 2008; a director, Chairman and President of Rochester Resources Ltd., from November 2005 to October, 2007 where he oversaw the growth and development of that mining company to producer status. He was a founding director of Rodeo Capital Corp. and Rodeo Capital II Corp., successful CPCs now listed on the TSXV as Avala Resources Ltd. and Shona Energy Company, Inc..
